Megan was absolutely fantastic! She went above and beyond everyday. Throughout the whole process, she explained everything that didn’t make sense to my husband and I, which was a lot! She was patient and very understanding with what we were comfortable putting down for due diligence and appraisal gap. We had put two offers in for houses that fortunately we didn’t get, and the third offer we put in, the seller accepted and it was our dream home! She made sure our offer was competitive and still within our limits. After they accepted our offer, she gave us realistic expectations of how long it should take to close, the costs of the appraisal and home inspection, and answered any additional questions we had. Unfortunately, the lender delayed our closing and we had 4 different closing dates (completely out of Megan’s control). But everyday, she went to bat for us with the lender. She was emailing AND calling them multiple times per day to try to get us an answer on when we could close. When I say Megan went above and beyond, she truly did! When it was time to close, she offered to watch our 9 month old son while we signed. She even was there for moral support when we did finally close, and she definitely didn’t have to since she has other clients. But that really meant a lot to my husband and I that she was there for us through the entire process, beginning to end. Even when we closed, she was there to give us a gift she bought. She even now checks up on us still after being here about a month now. She has even sent us return labels with our address and name. She is and was absolutely amazing and I would recommend her to any and everyone I know looking to buy or sell in the area. She really is our realtor for life and we loved, loved, loved working with her!

What made my experience had to be our agent to my wife and I. Megan Peters, this agent went above and beyond what is required of an agent to ensure all of our needs were met. I am an active duty service member and she gave us the bottom line up front from what is expected of a CA loan. Even in a time I couldn’t get computer access during a field training exercise she gave us all the tools to execute a POA seamlessly with the process. Not to mention doing this all remotely she showed us every inch of the house and noted any defects in our home inspection for us to take note of.
